Cupcake Tower for Weddings

This is the cupcake tower I made for Don Navarro and Aileen Mesa's wedding on August 8, 2008.
Cupcakes: Chocolate fudge cupcake with fondant icing. Decor: fondant roses.
Cutting Cake: 6x4 inches round chocolate fudge cake with fondant icing and gumpaste flowers.

Florence wedding cake

This is the cake I made for my friends Edgar and Florence wedding last October 21, 2007.
Three-layer chocolate fondant cake, the top layer is six inch-round by 4 inch-high, the second layer is 10x4 and the bottom layer which is the only layer edible is size 14 x4.

My First Fondant Cake

This is the cake my friend Dindin and I made for my brother's wedding in December 2006.

I baked the banana-chocolate chip cake and Dindin helped me covered it with rolled fondant.

Hah, if not for Dindin's help, I would never make this cake a success. She's the first one who personally and painstakingly taught me about fondant. Until now, whenever I need help, Dindin is just a text away.

My sister in-law liked this cake. Ah, thanks! I know this is so simple but I couldn't risk making a more elaborate cake.
